Sunday 8:00 AM - Trail Run
Trail Run: The distance will vary from week to week so check our facebook page Saturday to see what the plan for the day is, but in general we run two groups one in the 4 to 6 mile range and the other 8 to 12 miles of single track. All runs start and finish at the store and we host a post run yoghurt, granola and fresh fruit bar afterwards.
All speeds are welcome. In the front we have the fast people you would expect and we have plenty of people walking in the back so anyone can join the group. It's meant to be a friendly run.
